The Bauchi State Government has announced that the Deputy Governor who is also the Chairman of the State Task Force on Covid-19, Senator Baba has tested positive for Covid-19.
A statement by the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor, Mukhtar Gidado says Senator Tela has been taken into care for treatment in Bauchi, the state capital.
It would be recalled that the Bauchi Governor, Senator Bala Mohammed was the index Covid-19 case in the State.
