Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed has given hope to Nigerians amidst the economic hardship, which he described as temporal, and will soon be overcomed.
Governor Bala Mohammed said this in his Sallah message, shortly after attending the Eid prayer, held in Bauchi State, North East Nigeria.
Muslims in Bauchi State, North East Nigeria joined their counterparts across the world to observe the Eid -el-fitr prayer that signifies the end of the Ramadan fast period.
The prayer, led by the Chief Imam of Bauchi Central Mosque, Bala Baban Inna, urged Muslims to use the lessons learned during the Ramadan, to foster peace and unity in the society.
Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed said, Nigerians should not loose hope.
He says that the economic hardship would soon be over, with the collective efforts of leaders at various levels and the people.

As the rainy season is about to set in, Governor Bala Mohammed, said arrangements have reached advanced stage, for farmers to have bumper harvest, to help in fighting hunger and food security, for the economic growth and development of the state and beyond.
Those that attended the Eid prayer along side the governor include the Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Professor Ali Fate, the Emir of Bauchi, Alhaji Rilwanu Sulaiman.
The minister unveiled some of the President Bola Tinubu administration’s plans, relating to health and other social welfare schemes.
The Eid el fitr prayer was observed peacefully in Bauchi State.
