Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed says, he will soon expose and prosecute politicians sponsoring criminals to disrupt the relative peace being enjoyed in the state.
Speaking at the launch of the Economic Empowerment Programme in Darazo Local Government Area of the state,Bala Mohammed said that Bauchi is among the peaceful states in the northeastern part of the country.
The State Governor, however expressed concern on how some members of the National Assembly from the state, are fueling issues, capable of disrupting the long-existing peace and unity, among the people of the state.
The Governor then threatened to go tough and prevent them from entering the state, while challenging them to provide the dividends of democracy to their constituents, instead of sabotaging his efforts to transform the state.
Bala Mohammed then used the opportunity to appreciate the state lawmakers, for ensuring mutual working relations towards moving the state forward.
