Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to rebranding and advancing the state.
He gave the assurance during the swearing-in ceremony of eight newly appointed commissioners at the Executive Council Chamber of the Bauchi State Government House.
Presiding over the ceremony, Governor Bala Mohammed congratulated the newly inaugurated commissioners urging them to collaborate closely with permanent secretaries and other management staff in their respective ministries and departments to ensure effective service delivery to the people of Bauchi State.
The governor emphasized the need for hard work and dedication stating that their performance will be closely monitored and periodically reviewed to ensure alignment with the administration’s objectives.
In a related development, Governor Mohammed announced the redeployment of some serving commissioners to other ministries.

The move is aimed at enhancing the administration’s ability to deliver the dividends of democracy to the people.
Speaking on behalf of the newly appointed commissioners, the Commissioner for Information and Communication, Usman Shehu, pledged to carry out their responsibilities diligently and effectively to meet the expectations of the administration and the people of Bauchi State.
