The Police in Bauchi State have paraded a ritualist, Abdulkadir Wada, accused of committing genital mutilation on a 6-year -old girl in Jama’are Local Government Area of Bauchi State, North-East Nigeria.
The suspect was paraded alongside 22 others who committed various crimes.
It would be recalled that on December 30th, one Abdulkadir Wada Haladu, 19 years, of Chikamidari Area of Jama’are Local Government Area of Bauchi State, was accused of mutilating the private part of a 6 year old girl.
The suspect was said to have evaded arrest and police investigation but was later arrested by the Police in Nasarawa State.

The alleged suspect upon investigation by the police, confessed to the crime.
Other paraded suspects are said to be high profile criminals, terrorising Bauchi Metropolis, Dass and Darazo Local Governments, respectively.
The command said, after investigations, the accused persons will be charged to court.
