The Benue State Government has partnered with a foreign based hospital to facilitate academic and clinical interchange with the Benue State University Teaching Hospital, Makurdi.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by the State Governor, Hyacinth Alia at the Government House, Makurdi, the Benue State capital.
The State also entered into partnership with a Chinese firm for the establishment of a Hybrid Solar Panel factory in Benue State.
Officials said the signing of the Memorandum of understanding with the foreign hospital, is to boost health care delivery at the State owned University Teaching Hospital and impact positively on the health care needs of the people.
Next was the partnership to improve on the epileptic electricity supply in the State by the adoption of high grade solar panels which will in turn boost investment and commercial activities.
Governor Alia guarantees security for not just the investors and their investment, but also for the citizenry.
According to the State Governor, Benue State in the North Central region of Nigeria remains open to good, collaborative and beneficial business partners.
