The Benue State chairman action committee on COVID 19, Benson Abounu, says the State has consistently recorded COVID 19 related death during the upsurge occasioned by the 2nd wave of the infectious coronavirus.
Abounu who is also the Deputy Governor of the State made this known while inaugurating a new judge for the customary court of appeal in Makurdi the state capital.
Administering oath of office and allegiance on the new judge for customary court of appeal, the Deputy Governor Benson Abounu urge Judges in the State judiciary to ensure quick and timely dispensation of justice in the state.

Responding, Elizabeth Aleje thanked the governor and the state judiciary for giving her the opportunity to make her contributions to the development of the state through effective justice delivery.
She pledged to put in her best to ensure quick and timely dispensation of justice.
