Borno State Governor Babagana Zulum has called for the engagement of mercenaries in the fight against insurgency and terrorism.
He also calls for more effort to be made to sanitise the recruitment process into the Nigerian Armed forces.
In addition, Zulum seeks adequate funding for the armed forces.
