Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Board of Trustees, Adolphus Wabara says the party Remains the most Democratic in Nigeria with collective ownership structure.
Wabara stated this at the Southwest PDP zonal caucus meeting in Ibadan the oyo state capital on Thursday where issues on how to build a future and formidable party structure were discussed.
Wabara who commended Governor Seyi Makinde and his Osun state counterpart for holding the Party in the zone, also called on members to remain United.
Oyo state Governor, Seyi Makinde in his remarks said the party is now a big happy and United family .
The Acting National Vice chairman Southwest, Rahman Owokoniran on his part expressed optimism that given the cooperation that now exists between the party’s two governors, it is now on the right path to stamping its authority politically in the region.
The meeting produced Kamorudeen Ajisafe as the new National vice chairman of the party.
