The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC is reporting 437 new Covid-19 infections in 17 states across the country. The total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria is now 46,577.
The states with new Covid-19 cases include Lagos-107; FCT-91; Plateau-81; Kaduna-32; Ogun-30; Kwara-24; Ebonyi-19 and Ekiti-17. Others are Oyo-8; Borno-6; Edo-6; Kano-4; Nasarawa, Osun and Taraba-3; Gombe-2 and Bauchi-1.

In the last 24 hours, 147 patients have recovered from the Covid-19 infection in Nigeria with the total number of those discharged now 33,186.
Meanwhile, Nigeria’s Covid-19 national death toll has risen to 945 following 3 new fatalities recorded in the country
