A Federal High Court Sitting in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State capital, Friday, disqualified the Ebonyi state Governor, Dave Umahi, from contesting the senatorial election as the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for Ebonyi South.
Also disqualified is the Governor’s younger brother, Austin Umahi.
