Breaking: Covid-19 cases in Nigeria jump to 9,302

The number of Covid-19 cases in Nigeria jumps to 9,302 as 387 new infections are confirmed in 14 states

The new cases include Lagos-254, FCT-29, Jigawa-24, Edo-22, Oyo-15, Rivers-14, Kaduna-11, Borno-6, Kano-3, 2 each in Plateau, Yobe, Gombe and Bauchi-2, Ondo-1

Plateau State now has over 100 Covid-19 cases as 2 new infections take total to 101.

Meanwhile, 105 Covid-19 patients are discharged across Nigeria bringing total of recoveries from infection to 2,697.

There are 2 new fatalities recorded in 24 hours with total death toll now 261.
