The Department of State Services, DSS, has filed a suit against former Kaduna State Governor, Nasiru El-Rufai, over reported tapping of phone lines of National Security Adviser, NSA Nuhu Ribadu.
The three-count charge alleges cybercrimes and breaching of the Communications Act by the one-time Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT.
Meanwhile, El-Rufai has honoured invitation by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC to respond to allegations of corruption while he was in office as Kaduna State Governor.
