A Former Lagos State Commissioner of Police, and renowned critic, Abubakar Tsav, is dead.
According to his personal assistant, Torkuma Uke the former police commissioner died at the Federal Medical Centre, Makurdi, this Monday.

Aged 81 years, Abubakar Tsav at one time also served as Federal Commissioner of Public Complaint Commission in Benue State.
