President Muhammadu Buhari has cast his vote in his home town, Daura in Katsina State.
The President arrived his polling unit of Kofa Baru polling unit (03) Sarkin Yara Ward A) exactly 10:05 in the company of his wife Aisha.

Buhari voted about two minutes after his wife, Aisha, had earlier voted
The president who was accompanied to the polling booth by his security aides later answered questions from journalists, commending the process, saying it had been smooth.
