There is Tension in Jos, Plateau State as thousands of Youths gathered in the early hours of Monday at the Assembly Complex in solidarity with one of the Embattled Speaker of the State Assembly, Ayuba Abok and the group loyal to him.
AIT gathered that Ayuba Abok is expected to Preside over Plenary in the divided house on Monday.
Recall that the political scenario in plateau state took a new twist on Thursday with the suspension of another group led by Yakubu Sanda who lasted as Speaker for few hours after he was presented to the Governor of the state, Simon Lalong.
In a sitting held last Thursday with 12 members of the Plateau State House in attendance, the house also passed a vote of confidence on the embattled speaker, Ayuba Abok.
The process had in attendance, all 9 PDP members and 3 from the ruling APC.
