Uche Secondus has resumed office as national chairman of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP following an order of the Kebbi High Court in Birnin Kebbi.
Secondus was on Monday suspended as member of the party and restrained from parading himself as PDP National Chairman by an exparte order of the Rivers State High Court.

Following his absence, the Deputy Chairman (North), Suleiman Nazif assumed the position of Acting National Chairman but was displaced hours later by the Deputy National Chairman (South), Yemi Akinwonmi.
