The arraignment of a former Minister of Aviation, Senator Stella Oduah, before the Federal High Court Abuja, has again been stalled.
This followed a letter emanating from the Attorney General of the Federation Abubakar Malami which considered a protest from the former Minister alleging victimisation by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Oduah, now a senator representing Anambra North Senatorial district in the Senate, was to be arraigned on a 25-count charge, along 8 others.
