One of Nigeria’s leading private television stations, Television Continental, TVC, is currently off air.

A report says the TV station owned by the National Leader of Nigeria’s ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, was burnt early Wednesday by an angry mob after suspected soldiers shot #EndSARS protesters at the Lekki Tour Gate in Lagos.

On Monday, hoodlums attacked another TV station, Africa Independent Television, AIT at its Benin Broadcast Centre in Edo State.

The #EndSARS protest has remained relentless in the last two weeks with the resistance taking violent twist in the last two days when armed thugs were allegedly unleashed on the protesters in different parts of the country.
