President Muhammadu Buhari has call for continued dialogue to bring to an end the cycle of violence in Plateau State and other parts of the country.
The President made the call at a consultative forum put together by the Nigerian Inter-Religious council, with three states Governors in attendance in a bid to find lasting solutions to the Plateau Crisis.

The Sultan and CAN President in their separate remarks said unless government deals with those found guilty the cycle of violence would continue while also calling for the rehabilitation of Crisis victims.
The Search for Permanent peace on the Plateau continues, and this time by the interreligious council of Nigeria, led by the Sultan of Sokoto Sa’ad Abubakar and the President, Christian Association of Nigeria, Supo Ayokunle.

Ekiti State Governor and Chairman of Nigeria’s Governors Forum Kayode Fayemi, Governor of Sokoto, Aminu Tambuwal, and that of Niger state Abubakar Bello, all task the people to be tolerant of one other.
The Forum is expected to continue with more deliberation and engagement of stakeholders towards finding a lasting solution to the Crises on the Plateau.
