President Muhammadu Buhari has condoled with the family of Pastor Enoch Adeboye on the passing of his son, Pastor Dare Adeboye.
The President in a condolence message, also commiserated with members of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG on the demise of Dare, who was the Assistant Pastor in charge of Region (Youth) 35, based in Eket, Akwa Ibom.
President Buhari in a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina urged the RCCG family to find comfort in the teachings of the Holy Scriptures that those who have chosen to serve God faithfully will see Him as He is in eternity.
The President prayed God Almighty to grant the departed rest in His everlasting kingdom and comfort grieving family, friends and associates.
In his condolence, the Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom expressed shock and sadness over the death of Dare Adeboye.
A statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Terver Akase says the demise of the young and vibrant minister of the gospel is a huge loss, not only to the Redeemed Christian Church of God but also to the entire Church in Nigeria.

Meanwhile, Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello has condoled with Pastor Enoch Adeboye, his immediate family and the entire RCCG over the loss of his son, Pastor Dare Adeboye
The Governor’s condolence message was contained in a statement on Thursday by his Chief Press Secretary, Muhammed Onogwu
He noted that the death of the highly revered minister’s son was a deep pain in the heart, which cannot be explained unless by those who have had similar experience
Governor Bello noted that despite the heaviness of the loss, he urged the General Overseer to take the son’s death as the will of God Almighty.
The Governor prayed for God to console the Adeboye family and give them the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss
The 42-year-old cleric died in his sleep on Wednesday.
