President Muhammadu Buhari is seeking Senate’s passage of the amendment to the Finance Bill 2020.
This was contained in a letter forwarded to the senate and read on the floor by the President of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan.
President Buhari said, the bill takes into consideration, changes as a result of the global Covid 19 pandemic and will also support the implementation of the 2021 budget.

The bill was first signed into law by President Muhammadu Buhari on the 13th of January 2020.
