President Muhammadu Buhari will arrive in Damaturu, the Yobe state capital on Monday afternoon ahead of his two-day working visit to the state.
While in town, The President will inaugurate a number of projects undertaken by the Yobe state government and also attend the All Progressives Congress Presidential campaign rally on Tuesday.
The President will leave Yola, The Adamawa state capital for Yobe where he is scheduled to attend the APC presidential campaign rally earlier on Monday.

On arrival in Yobe state, President Buhari will commission the newly completed Yobe International Cargo Airport and pay a courtesy visit to the Emir of Damaturu, HRH Alhaji Dr Shehu Hashimi, the Ibn Elkanemi the 2nd.
The President will also inaugurate the newly built Police command headquarters, Yobe state teaching hospital, A Housing estate and a Mega school after which he will be hosted at a state banquet later in the day.
Security in Yobe state has since been beefed up ahead of the President’s visit to the state.
