Supreme Court has struck out the appeal of the All Progressives Congress, APC, and its chieftain, Wilson Edobor, against Governor Godwin Obaseki on the grounds that they failed to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt.

Justice Emmanuel Agim who read the judgment awarded N1M in favour of Gov. Obaseki, stating that the appellants failed woefully to prove their case, they did not provide any disclaimer from the school that the result was not issued by them to Obaseki.
