Chief of Air Staff charge education officers to be more Proactive

The Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Isiaka Amao has called on education officers in the country to rise up to the occasion and change the narrative in the system by adopting modern methods of teaching.

Air Marshall Amao who stated this in Jos while declaring open a training on charting a way forward in the education sector in Nigeria.

He said this in Jos while declaring open a training program for NAF teachers with the theme: Adopting innovative Technologies For Sustenance of Academic Excellence

The Airforce Chief who was guest of honour at the gathering of Nigerian airforce education officers drawn from across the country, said the aim of the training is to take stock and see how to further strengthen the already troubled system of education.

He expressed his unreserved commitment to creating a right atmosphere for education to thrive.

Director of education NAF. headquarter Group captain Samson Adelakun says it has become imperative to ensure that school administrators remain abreast of present day realities as a way of making learning more interesting.

Guest speaker Afam Chukwu, analyzed the
impact of technology on education
and concluded that teachers must be innovative while teaching and also explore other modern options to allow students flow

Over two hundred education officers are participating in the three day training program and expected to further equip teachers on Better skills that could enhance learning.
