Governor Udom Emmanuel has called for more synergy between the Chinese Government and Akwa Ibom State Government in the area of job creation.
He made the call while he receiving in audience the Chinese Ambassador to Nigeria, Cui Jianchun at Government House, Uyo I’m South-South Nigeria.
Governor Udom Emmanuel expressed excitement at the visit of the Chinese envoy and believes that emerging economies like Nigeria will only grow faster through collaborations from big economies.
Governor Emmanuel wants China to help develop Akwa Ibom State through transfer of technology .
In what was more of a seminar presentation, the Ambassador Cui Jianchun said it was time to take the relationship between the people of Nigeria and his country to a higher level.

Jianchun pointed out the importance of information communication technology, industry and infrastructure as areas to explore.
Jianchun, who is the 14th Chinese Ambassador to Nigeria was accompanied on the visit by heads of some major Chinese concerns operating in Nigeria
