CJN pledges justice delivery to Nigerians

The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Ibrahim Tanko, has reiterated his administration’s determination to improve and provide conducive working conditions for judges and members of various courts across the country.

The Chief Justice of the Federation disclosed this during the foundation laying ceremony of the National Industrial Court Division Complex in Bauchi.

The ceremony was performed in the presence of top government officials, the state’s Chief Judge, Grand Khadis, and members of the bar and the bench, among others.

The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Ibrahim Tanko, said the project when completed will ease the movement of both the lawyers and litigants in travelling long distances to discharge their cases.

He assured that he will remain focused on actualizing his leadership vision, to bring justice delivery closer to the people.

Bauchi State governor, represented by the deputy, Baba Tela, commended the Chief Justice of the Federation, and the President of the National Industrial Court, for deeming it fit to have the permanent divisional complex in Bauchi.

He promised to sustain the cordial working relationship between the executive and the judicial arm of government.

The President National Industrial Court of Nigeria, Justice Benedict Kanyip appreciated the Bauchi State Government for the allocation of land, hoping that the project will be completed in good time.
