The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Olukayode Ariwoola has told Judges in the country not to create loopholes that could tarnish the image and reputation of the Court in the course of discharging their judicial functions
Justice Ariwoola who gave the charge at the 2023 Federal High Court Judges Conference in Abuja also advised the Judges to come up with judgments that would stand the test of time and not over turned by the Appellate court
He reminded the Judges that the Federal High Court which just marked its golden Jubilee is not only the largest and best in the country, but the only Court that has exlusive jurisdiction over election related matters in the country.

The federal high court judges Conference is aimed at creating a platform for it’s judges to critically discuss issues confronting the Court and profer solutions to the challenges faced in justice dispensation
