Former Chairman of the Bayelsa State Chapter of the People’s Democratic Party, Moses Cleopas has emerged winner of the September 5th PDP Central Senatorial District Primary election in the state.
Moses Cleopas clinched the party’s ticket after scoring the highest votes of 428 to beat his contender, Gideon Ekeowei who scored 64 votes out of the 513 total votes cast.
