Ann on Cam: Gombe State Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscape, ACReSAL, has received praises from the World Bank Task Team for its effective landscape management, and restoration efforts in the state.
As part of its three-day hybrid implementation support mission in Gombe State, the World Bank team interacted with the stakeholders at the various projects’ sites within the Federal College of Education Technical (FCE T) catchment area in the state.
The Task Team Leader, Dr Joy Iganya Agene, commended the Gombe State government for its efforts.
The Project Coordinator, Gombe State ACReSAL, Dr Adamu Sani Jauro, appreciated the team for its input in Landscape Management
Aside from the completion of the 21 km gully at FCE, the project has also supported the communities with water harvesting systems, fish farming, greenhouses and others.
