Nigerian comedian and activist, Debo Adebayo, popularly known as Mr. Macaroni, has been taken into custody after being arrested along with more protesters this Saturday at the Lekki toll gate.

His phone and that of other protesters was later seized by the police ending the Instagram session.

This has sparked anger among a lot of Nigerian youths and celebrities who have taken to social media to cry out for justice for Mr. Macaroni and every other activist that has been arrested.
