No fewer than nine people are feared dead following a communal clash between Lunguda and Waka communities in southern Adamawa State, North-East Nigeria on the border with Gombe State.
Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Fintiri says the breach of peace in the area is regrettable because the two communities have lived together since time immemorial and should not have allowed farmlands to divide them.
