Nigeria’s Minister of Works, Dave Umahi, said Saturday in Lagos that the comprehensive work on the Kilometer Third Mainland Bridge would begin on the first of November, in twenty-three months.

Also, note that the proposed three-month maintenance job is the first phase of the comprehensive repair works meant to secure the integrity and aesthetics of the upper deck of the bridge.
