President General of the Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Professor George Obiozor says outright restructuring remains the panacea to numerous challenges facing Nigeria.
Obiozor said this on day two of the public hearing for the review of the 1999 constitution holding in Owerri, South East Nigeria.

Others who also presented memoranda also said the 1999 constitution is overdue for retouching.
Meanwhile, chairman of the constitution review committee in the south east, Orji Uzor Kalu disclosed that the committee has received 48 submissions so far, urging Ohanaeze Ndigbo to remain non partisan in politics.
