The court of appeal sitting in Benin City the Edo state capital has validated the election victory of the deputy senate president and member representing Delta Central Senatorial district, Ovie Omo-Agege. Dismisses the appeal filled by candidate of the Peoples Democratic, Party, Evelyn Oboro for lack of merit.
