Yenagoa Federal High Court has dismissed a suit challenging former President Goodluck Jonathan’s eligibility to contest in the 2023 general election.
The court ruled that the plaintiff, Andy, Solomon and Idibiye Abraham, have not been able to prove their interests and that their rights have been breached.
He described the suit as baseless and frivolous.
