Founder of DAAR Communications Plc and Media Mogul, High Chief Raymond Dokpesi has felicitated with the Oba of Benin, His Royal Majesty, Omo N’Oba N’Edo Uku Akpolokpolo, Oba Ewuare the second on the occasion of his fifth year coronation anniversary and birthday.
Dokpesi paid a courtesy call on Oba Ewuare the second in his Palace in Benin City.
High Chief Raymond Dokpesi acknowledged the role of the Oba to the repatriation of the artefacts looted from the Benin kingdom many years ago.
