The popular Alesinloye International Market and the SkyNet Police Post within the Market in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital have been decontaminated.
The exercise is part of government’s efforts to prevent the spread of Coronavirus in and around the market.
Leaders of the market said they were happy with the State Government’s gesture that will protect thousands of people who visit the market daily. They say there must be a concerted effort to ensure that both the traders and their customers do not contract the deadly Virus.
