After three months of the shutdown of the nation’s Airspace due to the Coronavirus pandemic, domestic flight operations resumed at the General Aviation Terminal GAT of the Murtala Mohammed Airport Lagos.
Passengers had arrived the airport as early as 5.30am,They were seen maintaining the social distance rule and all other protocols and guidelines on ground at the airport.
Most of the passengers who had purchased their tickets online upon arrival at the airport proceeded to the scanning area where they were checked and cleared for boarding.

The first aircraft operated by Arik Air took off at exactly 7.15 am, and officials of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, NCAA, were strict as everything went according to plans.
