Following his successful recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic, Adamawa State Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, Stephen Dami Mamza, says contracting the virus is not a death sentence.
The clergyman is also of the opinion that the effects of Covid-19 is being exaggerated in Nigeria.
The CAN Chairman believes his experience with the virus is God’s will, to enable him educate the people on the reality of Covid-19.
On plans of the Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors to embark on an indefinite nationwide strike from Monday, September 7, until their conditions are met, Bishop Mamza called on the government to address the request of the medical practitioners so they can carry on with their duties.

The Adamawa CAN Chairman was reported to have contracted the virus two weeks ago but is now certified free.
