Covid-19: NCDC Confirms 167 New Cases In Nigeria

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has confirmed 167 new cases of COVID-19 in the country.

Lagos State recorded 113 cases while FCT had 22, Plateau 16, Kano 4 and Abia 3, Kaduna State with 3 cases, Rivers 3, Bauchi 2 and Delta with 1 case.

The NCDC further revealed that 214,789 cases have so far been confirmed in Nigeria while 207,478 patients were treated and discharged unfortunately 2,980 infected Persons have so far lost their lives.

Tuesday’s report includes 3 confirmed cases in Kaduna state for 5th December 2021.

3 confirmed cases in Abia state also for 5th December 2021.

1 confirmed case in Delta state also for 5th December 2021.

10 discharged cases reported in Kaduna state for 5th December 2021. Also in the report, Sokoto State recorded zero case.
