This follows a recent spike in daily records from the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control that the country on December 17th recorded new cases of 1,145 the highest in the past months.

This development has generated growing concerns from Bayelsa State even as the Deputy Governor, Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo, at the state executive council meeting called for more enlightenment.

The impact of the coronavirus pandemic, has drastically affected the economy and lives of citizens just as a second wave of it might spell doom, hence the call for all to rise and fight this common enemy.
