The Police in Niger State command have arrested an operator of child abuse centre, located in Suleja local government of the state.
The Police in a statement signed by its Public Relations Officer, PPRO ,Wasiu Biodun explained that a total of fifteen children, with ages ranging between two and ten years were rescued from the suspect’s house.
The statement said three chains used by the suspects to tie their legs were found.

Meanwhile, police have handed over the victims to the Niger state child’s right agency.
The suspect, forty-six year old Umar Ahmad, would be arraigned in court as soon as investigations are concluded.
