Former Nigerian Senate Leader, Victor Ndoma-Egba has advocated back to farm policy for young graduates in a bid to guarantee food Sufficiency and Commercial export to generate national income and reduce unemployment.
Ndoma-Egba said this during the annual New Yam Festival in Ikom Local Government Area of Cross River State.
Represented by the National President of Federation of Agricultural Commodities Association of Nigeria (FACAN), Victor Eyamba,the former senate leader who is also a farmer, said diversification policy of National income from Oil economy to Agriculture will guarantee food Sufficiency and improve revenue..

Also Speaking at the event were the representative of Cross River State Government, led by Commissioner for lands ,Prof John Inyang and Ikom Tradional ruler, who assured young graduates in the area of arable land for their agricultural startups.
Ikom Local Government Area is a gateway to commerce and agricultural produce in Cross River State and South Eastern Part of the country through a borderline with Cameroon
