Cross River State Police Command Bursts illegal arms factory In Calabar Suburb

Cross River State Police Command has closed down an illegal factory suspected to be manufacturing arms in Uyanga ,Akampa Local Government Areas of the state.

The state Commissioner for Police, Sikiru Akande, made this known in Calabar while addressing journalists on the discovery.

Sikiru said his operatives through intelligence gathering uncovered the gun manufacturing factory in Akamkpa 45minutes to Calabar City.

The police Commissioner applauded the support of the citizens for giving useful intelligence information, even as he warned Criminals to relocate, have a change of mind or face the law.

Sikiru assured the citizens of a robust collaboration in intelligence tips for quick security prevention in Cross River State.
