Cross River,China Partner on Cloud Computing Technology

The Cross River State Government is set to benefit from the bilateral relations that exists between Nigeria and China with the new action plan and cooperations in various sectors,including artificial intelligence, Cloud Computing technology, and Cyber security.

Leading the Cross River State delegation to discuss the collaboration at the Chinese embassy in Abuja, was the state Commissioner for International Development Cooperation, Inyang Asibong, who assured the Chinese team of the state readiness for the take off of the project.

Asibong said Cross River State under Governor Ben Ayade attaches great importance to developing the state’s relationship with China,explaining that the new cooperation will change the economy of the state .

According to the commissioner ,the new partnership will improve the Economic status of the state through information and communication Technology (ICT),Scholarships and education,as well as science and development.

The Chinese Embaassy head of Educational Services, Zheng Shuchao, while speaking at the meeting said the office welcomes the new partnership that will strengthen Collaboration between China and Cross River State.

Other training exchange between Cross River and the Chinese embassy includes the application of artificial intelligence training,free online and Physical ICT trainings, Scholarships and Sponsorships to China among others.
