Reports from Anambra State, South East Nigeria say, three suspected cultists have been killed following a clash with a rival group at the University town of Igbariam in Anambra East Local Government Area.
A disturbing video of the alleged killing scene which surfaced on social media, showed the suspected attackers playing soccer with the head of the victims.
The killing was said to have happened in an area believed to be the residence of students of the Anambra State owned, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Igbariam.

The State Command Police Public Relations Officer, Tochukwu Ikenga told ait.live that preliminary investigations revealed that the killing was as result of a clash between rival cult groups.
He explained that the Command has intensified surveillance and patrol within the area to track down the culprits.
