The Controller General of Customs (CGC), Strike Force, Zone B Kaduna, has intercepted 513 bags of foreign parboiled rice, with a Duty Paid Value of more than 22 million naira in Kwara State
The Coordinator of the Strike Force in charge of Zone” B “for Kaduna and Kwara States, Olorukooba Aliyu, stated this while addressing Journalists in Ilorin the Kwara State capital.

Olorukooba, who referred to the seizures as unusual, noted that they were made possible following an intelligent report of the nefarious activities of the economic saboteurs, along the Jeunkunu-Malete-Bani axis of Kwara State.
Aliyu, however, called on the general public, to support the service in its mandate, towards making the nation socially, economically, and environmentally viable, by ensuring compliance to extant government fiscal policies.
