Daar Communications Plc, Owners of AIT, Raypower and Faaji Fm has commended Governor Bassey Otu of Cross River State for appointing one of its Staff, Rasheed Olanrewaju as his Special Assistant On Media and Publicity.
A letter to the Governor signed by the Group Managing Director of the media organisation, Tony Akiotu, states that with the appointment, Governor Otu has demonstrated his uncommon sterling quality as a detribalised Nigerian.
Daar management says though from Kwara State, North Central Nigeria, finding Olanrewaju worthy of an appointment in Cross River State, South South Nigeria, is worthy of emulation.
The media outfit also congratulates Governor Otu on his many accomplishments in less than two months in office as Executive Governor of Cross River State, assuring him that Daar Communications Plc will continue to partner the State Government for the betterment of Cross River people in particular and Nigeria in general.
Until his appointment, Rasheed Olanrewaju, a seasoned journalist from Kwara State was AIT’S Senior Correspondent in Cross River State.
