The key to winning the ongoing war against banditry and other sundry crimes, is to deal decisively with informants in a particular area of operation.
This was the charge given by the Secretary to the Katsina State Government, Mustapha Inuwa, to the newly posted 17 Brigade Commander of the Nigerian Army in Katsina State, Brigadier General Emmanuel Emeka, while on a familiarization visit.

Inuwa also used the medium to advise the Brigade Commander, to ensure proper synergy between the relevant sister security agencies.
